Top three prople most hated things in express delivery

Nowadays, people use  express delivery a lot ,because online shopping become one of most important parts in people's daily life. Using express delivery may help us a lot, but weather can't be sunny everyday, people may  also have harass on the time receive item.
Here will list three people most hated things in express delivery.
Top 1, package damaged
As I know, this trouble is the most unacceptable harass in express delivery. People can't bear spend much time to wait and received a useful thing, which cost much time and energy for people. So this trouble just can't be accepted.
Top 2, package lost
Just the next two hard to bear, parcel may lost many reasons and you can't totally blame the sellers or carriers, because some unavoidable factors that out of their control.
Top 3, package delayed
The reason cause this trouble may similar to the last one, but at least you parcel is still on the way to you, you just need to pay more times to wait your lovely item to arrived.
